WEBSITE SALE CONDITIONS
All product orders shall constitute a contract with the Seat Surgens. The conditions of such contract shall include these Conditions of Use and Sale and the Privacy Policy. The term “SS” shall refer to the Seat Surgeons as appropriate.

DO I HAVE TO REGISTER TO SHOP AT THE SEAT SURGEONS?
Registration is not required when shopping online at SS. We do advise you to register online as all of your information that we need to place an order will automatically be stored on your account. As a registered customer you’ll also be able to check your order history.

HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
To make online shopping faster and easier, you may register with www.theseatsurgeons.co.uk. Simply click on “Create an account”. If you are using a public computer, we strongly encourage you to close your browser at the end of your session. Your information will still be stored with us but it will not be accessible to anyone else from that computer.
We encourage users to create a registered account on our website. The benefit of having a registered account on www.theseatsurgeons.co.uk is the ability to track shipments, view past orders, and quickly access your shipping and billing information with a username and password.
The alternative to having a registered account is being a “Guest” visitor. As a “Guest” you do not have access to tracking, past orders, or the benefit of storing your billing and shipping information on our website.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY ACCOUNT?
Using your email address and a password of your choice, you may access your account online at any time to add, delete or change information.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PASSWORD WON’T WORK?
If you have an existing SS online account, click on the “Sign In” link at the top of the page. You will be taken to the Sign In page, where you can select “Forgot Password.” You will then be prompted to give your email address so we may email you a link – for your security – to change your password.
CAN I SAVE MY BILLING/SHIPPING INFORMATION?
You may save your personal information, including shipping and billing addresses for future use.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
You can place an order online on our secure website located at www.theseatsurgeons.co.uk. If you require further assistance please contact us by dialing 01904 492833 and a member of our customer service team will gladly assist you.

HOW IS TAX CALCULATED FOR MY ORDER?
UK VAT rates are calculated at the current rate of 20%.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
The Seat Surgeons accepts Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards, Maestro debit cards and PayPal. Credit cards and debit cards must be issued by a UK institution and must have a UK billing address. Please ensure that the billing address on file with the credit or debit card issuing bank is the same address you enter when ordering. We do not accept personal cheques, money orders or cash payments.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PAYMENT FAILS?
It could be that your billing and shipping address while processing your first payment with us are not the same. This requirement is only applicable for your first order and future payment should not decline for this reason. CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We do not offer exchanges.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS WHEN ORDERING LARGE AMOUNTS?

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
Please confirm your email address when creating your account. If you are using your workplace email address, be aware that many corporations use spam filters to disqualify incoming automated emails, which could hamper delivery of our confirmation email to you or send it to junk mail. WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?
The total delivery period is based on Standard shipping: 3-5 business days if the goods are in stock. If it is a special order the delivery time will be extended.

DO THE SHIPPING ADDRESS AND BILLING ADDRESS HAVE TO BE THE SAME?
For the first order you place with us, your billing and shipping address have to be the same. If this is not your first payment and you have used our services before then your billing and shipping address do not have to match.

WHO IS THE SEAT SURGEONS’S SHIPPING CARRIER?
The Seat Surgeons use UK Mail as shipping carrier.

DO YOU SHIP TO BRITISH OVERSEAS TERRITORIES?
At this time we only ship to the United Kingdom and not to its overseas territories.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your package has been shipped. If you are a registered member but do not have this information and would still like to track your package, log into your account and enter the Order Number from your original order confirmation email to track your package. Please allow 2 – 4 business days between placing your order and using the tracking tool.

CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS ONCE MY ORDER IS PLACED?
Due to the close timeframe between order and shipment it is difficult to make changes once your order has been placed. However, please contact us within an hour of placing your order and we will attempt to facilitate a change.

HOW DO I CHANGE, CANCEL, RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ONLINE ORDER?
If the item purchased is a stock order you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within seven working days of your order date and we will provide you with a full refund within 30 days, but if the item purchased is a bespoke order then you may not cancel your order. If we are unable to cancel an order in response to a cancellation request made less than seven days of your order date, we will try to offer alternative solutions. Please contact our customer service team on 01904 492833 so that one of our representatives can assist you.
Return of delivered order for any reason: You may not return for refund any non-defective product purchased on www.theseatsurgeons.co.uk.
Return of defective delivered order: If the goods are defective, we will replace the item with a new one or give you a full refund on your initial purchase. We will also refund the costs of returning any defective or faulty items to you.

All returns must include your original receipt and packing list contained in your package indicating which items you are returning and a brief note describing the reason for the return. Please call customer service at 01904 492833 for assistance. The included Returns Form as well as original packing list, must accompany the return. Please note: we will not be able to process the exchange unless the documentation is complete.
If you have misplaced your original receipt or packing list, please call customer service a 01904 492833.
Items contained in your return package must be on your packing list. Any item not listed on your packing list that was not originally purchased from www.theseatsurgeons.co.uk will not be eligible for a return.
We recommend that you return your items via an insured and traceable carrier service as the Seat Surgeons is not responsible for lost packages in transit. Your refund/exchange will take approximately 10-14 business days to process from the date of receipt by the Seat Surgeons. Credit card companies vary in the time it takes for your credit to appear on your monthly statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
